Within this document you will find resources and ideas to support every aspect of a Literacy and Numeracy in the Foundation Stage both in and out of doors. So whether you need number line activities or effective systems to support the learning and teaching of phonics, you will hopefully find all these solutions and more. The document, presented in an A4 ring binder, consists of 129 pages. The guide has been adopted by Walsall EYDCP for use in all Foundation Stage settings. 

The CD contains all of the resources (and more) in the guide. The documents on the CD were created using Microsoft Word 2000 (9.0.3821 SR1). All the information contained on the CD can be amended and printed to provide a hard copy that suits the needs of the setting. It is also possible for settings to store documents on the computer.
